Get out of Toulouse soon and after 2 hours by car, go up to the refuge of Pinet to have dinner and sleep (3 hours of ascent and 1000 m of altitude difference).

The next day we continue the circuit in the direction of Vallferrera refuge.

The last day of the shelter of Certascan if we want, it is not necessary to return to the shelter of Pinet, since we can go directly to the parking of the Artigue.

By highway:

The recommended route from Toulouse is:

From Toulouse to Pamiers on the A-61 and then the A-66 (E-9). This section is made by toll road.
From Pamiers to Foix and then to Tarascon-sur-Ariège on the N-20 (route E-9).
Finally, from Tarascon-sur-Ariège passing through Vicdessosto the parking lot of the Artigue per la D-8.

With public transport

From Toulouse:

The first part of the trip can be done by train, from Toulouse (Sainte Agne - SNCF) to Les Cabannes, you have to check the timetables at the SNCF.
FromLes Cabannes by bus to Tarascon-sur-Ariège (10 minutes journey).
The last stretch to the Artigue car park does not have good communication, there is a bus to Auzat but it is advisable to contact a taxi.
